Course OffersFitness for the back
Strengthening the back and abdominal muscles as well as training the leg muscles. This programme also includes a light endurance programme during the warm-up phase and stretching exercises during the cool-down. For variation, different small exercise machines are used. Muscular strength, endurance and mobility are improved, thus creating a greater feeling of general well-being. Power for the back The content and objectives are similar to the course “Fitness for the Back“, but the intensity is much higher. Belly Fitness ( Prenatal Fitness) Many complaints relating to pregnancy can be treated and prevented gently and naturally through specific exercises. Moreover, being in good shape is also an advantage for giving birth. The well-being and motor functions of the child are also promoted in the womb. This course involves light endurance training, strength exercises for problem areas of expecting mothers, pelvic floor awareness exercises, stretching as well as relaxation phases. Belly, Legs, Pelvic floor (recovery excersises) Fitness programme specially designed for women after pregnancy (starting from 8 weeks after birth). The main focus is on the pelvic floor but also on problem zones having developed during pregnancy. Moreover, everyday tips on how to get your body back in shape and prevent postural problems before long-term damage occurs. Core Body Strengthening Target group is women 45 years or older. Functional training of the pelvic floor as well as learning a healthy posture through repeated awareness and strengthening of body. A healthy, functioning pelvic floor is an important basis for a healthy posture. A non-functioning pelvic floor increases the risk of developing urinary or faecal incontinence. This can also result in orthopaedic complaints, such as back or knee pain. |
Information about the courses
The Duration time of the courses are 60 min and one Cours consists of 10 sessions. The fee for one Cours is 90 Euro and the governmental health insureance sometimes pays the fee back.
